Who is responsible
DUOPORE VENTURES PTE. LTD. (UEN 202628284M) operates duoporeventures.com and is responsible for personal data handled for its own website and enquiries. Our registered address is 68 Circular Road, #02-01, Singapore 049422.
This notice covers this company website. A separate business, product, or third-party website may have its own privacy notice. Following a link to Christoph Kaesler’s personal website does not send your enquiry there.

Please describe your request and provide a way for us to reply. Do not send identity documents unless we specifically request proportionate information to verify your identity.
Information we use and why
- Enquiries and privacy requests
- Your name, email address, chosen enquiry type, message, and related correspondence help us understand and respond to your request, discuss a possible business relationship, or handle a privacy matter. These fields are needed for the online form. If you do not wish to provide them online, you can write to us instead.
- Technical and security information
- Our hosting and security services process information such as IP addresses, request time, requested pages, browser or device details, and security signals to deliver the website, diagnose errors, and prevent abuse. When the form is enabled, its handler also uses an IP address for temporary rate limiting.
Please keep messages relevant. Do not include payment-card details, passwords, government identification numbers, medical records, or unnecessary information about other people.
We do not add you to a marketing list because you send an enquiry. We do not sell enquiry information or use this website to make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about you.
How we handle your request
We use information for the purposes explained when you provide it and as permitted by applicable data-protection law. The form’s privacy acknowledgement confirms that you have seen this notice; it is not consent to unrelated marketing or a waiver of your rights.
Where EU or UK data-protection law applies, the relevant grounds may be steps you request before a contract, our legitimate interests in responding to correspondence and protecting the website, compliance with legal obligations, or consent where required. We use the ground appropriate to the specific processing, rather than treating every activity as consent-based.
Service providers and overseas processing
The website is published through OpenAI Sites and delivered using Cloudflare infrastructure. These services process technical information to host and protect the site. Hostinger manages the domain and DNS.
When our online form is enabled, enquiries are sent through Resend to our designated business inbox. Resend processes the name, reply email address, enquiry type, and message for delivery. Our mailbox provider and the people authorised to respond may also process that correspondence. No message is forwarded by the form while delivery is disabled, and this website does not maintain an enquiry database.
Information may be processed outside Singapore, including in the United States by service providers and in Thailand when correspondence is handled there. Applicable overseas-transfer requirements must be met, including comparable protection where required by Singapore law. You can contact us for information about the arrangements relevant to your data.
We may also disclose information where necessary to meet a legal obligation, respond to a lawful request, or establish or defend legal claims. Provider information is available in the OpenAI privacy policy, Cloudflare privacy policy, and Resend data processing addendum. These links explain the providers’ practices and do not replace our responsibility for our own processing.
How long information is kept
Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to answer the enquiry, manage any resulting relationship, and meet relevant legal or dispute-related requirements. Information should then be deleted or anonymised when it no longer serves a business or legal purpose. The period depends on the content and outcome of the enquiry; it is not an indefinite permission to keep all correspondence.
The form’s own rate-limit records are held temporarily in server memory, with a ten-minute window and removal on subsequent activity or when the server instance ends. Hosting, security, delivery, and mailbox providers may keep their own logs or backups under their applicable arrangements. The 30-minute cookie lifetime is not a promise that all provider logs are deleted after 30 minutes.
Contact us if you need information about the retention of a particular enquiry.
Access, correction, consent, and complaints
You may request access to your personal data and relevant information about its use or disclosure, ask us to correct inaccurate information, or withdraw consent where we rely on it. Withdrawal does not make earlier lawful processing unlawful and may mean we cannot continue an enquiry or service that needs the information. Legal exceptions and retention obligations may apply.
Depending on the law applicable to your data, you may also have rights to deletion, restriction, objection, or data portability. Tell us what you would like to do through the privacy contact above. We may need to verify your identity without collecting more information than necessary, and will handle the request within applicable legal time limits.
Please contact us if you are unhappy with how your information has been handled. You may also raise a concern with the Personal Data Protection Commission of Singapore or another competent data-protection authority where applicable. You do not need to waive that right or first make a commercial enquiry.
Protecting information
The website uses HTTPS. Online enquiries are validated on the server and sent to a configured recipient; visitors cannot choose a different destination. The recipient address and email-service credentials are kept out of the public website files. No online service can promise absolute security.
This notice may change when our services, providers, or legal obligations change. The date at the top identifies the current version. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before using information for a new purpose.
